Diners at Ton-Q can enjoy this high-quality pork in its prime state, with a faintly pink tinge. La Cote d'Azurl is a renowned patisserie, selected by Tsukuba city's "Tsukuba Collection," which accredits excellent locally-produced specialty goods. The brand is famous to the extent that virtually every local resident knows it. The store is reminiscent of a house in Southern France, with an extensive selection of desserts on display inside. Another appealing feature of the brand is that it uses carefully selected ingredients, such as eggs from Nasu and butter produced in Kushiro, Hokkaido. One recommended item to take home as a gift is the soft-textured Hanjuku Cheese cheesecake, made with a combination of fresh milk and French cream cheese.
